Who we are

This notice is provided by Mellisa Nicole Fitness LLC ("MNF"), registered in Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and operating in Dubai. You can contact us at mellisanicolefitness@gmail.com.

It covers the three enquiry forms on our website: MNF 360 personal training, hotels and communities, and corporate wellness.

What we collect

MNF 360 personal training: your name, email address, phone number, Emirate, area or community (not your street address), main training goals, and any optional preferences you choose: training location, preferred training days and time, sessions per week, coach preference, preferred start, and any practical notes.

Hotels and communities: contact name, property or organisation, optional role, email address, phone number, property location and type, what you would like to explore, and optional details of available spaces, intended audience and timeline.

Corporate wellness: contact name, organisation, email address, phone number, location, approximate team size, programme or event goals, preferred dates or timeline, and optional facilities.

All forms also collect your preferred contact method and any suitable callback times you give. Before you submit, we ask you to agree that MNF may contact you about your enquiry. We also record the enquiry type and the date and time of submission.

To help limit spam and repeated submissions, we keep a hashed identifier derived from your internet (IP) address. Our database stores this hash, not your original IP address.

We do not ask for health or injury information. Goals and notes are free text, so please keep them to practical preferences. Any health matters are discussed separately during onboarding.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss suitable options and arrange any service you choose to go ahead with. Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking, add you to marketing, or create an app account.

How it is handled

When you submit a form, your answers are saved in a private database, and an email notification is then sent to MNF's inbox at mellisanicolefitness@gmail.com. If the email fails, your enquiry remains saved in the database.

Our website hosting and database are provided by Lovable Cloud. Notification emails are sent through Lovable's managed email service and delivered by Mailgun. Google (Gmail) hosts MNF's receiving inbox. These providers may process information outside the United Arab Emirates.

Who can see it

Enquiries are initially handled by MNF's owner. Our technology providers have access only as necessary to provide their services. If you agree, we share relevant details (your contact details, area, goals and availability) with the coach we propose for you. Our coaches are independent contractors.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to deal with your request, provide any service you go ahead with, and meet legal obligations or deal with legal claims. MNF's owner regularly reviews the database and inbox manually and deletes information that is no longer needed. Enquiries are not deleted automatically from the database.

Your rights

You can email mellisanicolefitness@gmail.com to request access to or a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your permission for us to contact you, or ask us to restrict or stop using it. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If we have to keep some information for legal reasons, we will explain why.

We may update this notice. The date above shows when it last changed.
